TIPS MEMANGGANG KUE LAPIS LEGIT
Berikut adalah beberapa
tips memanggang lapis legit yang dapat membantu Kamu:
1. Siapkan loyang yang sudah dilapisi kertas roti atau
dilumuri mentega dan taburan tepung terigu tipis-tipis. Gunakan loyang dengan
ukuran yang sama agar kue dapat matang dengan baik.
2. Panaskan oven terlebih dahulu sebelum memanggang kue.
Setiap oven memiliki suhu yang berbeda, sehingga pastikan Anda mengikuti
petunjuk suhu dan waktu yang tertera pada resep.
3. Kocok telur dan gula sampai mengembang dan kental,
gunakan mixer dengan kecepatan tinggi agar telur dan gula mengembang sempurna.
4. Tambahkan tepung terigu secara bertahap sambil diayak
dan aduk hingga tercampur rata. Tambahkan bahan lain seperti susu, margarin,
atau pewarna makanan sesuai dengan resep.
5. Panaskan loyang sebelum menuang adonan ke dalam
loyang, dengan cara memanggang selama 5-10 menit pada suhu 160-170 derajat
Celsius.
6. Tuang adonan secara perlahan ke dalam loyang yang
sudah dipanaskan. Ratakan adonan dengan spatula atau sendok agar permukaan kue
menjadi rata.
7. Panggang kue selama kurang lebih 15-20 menit pada suhu
160-170 derajat Celsius, atau hingga matang sempurna. Jangan membuka pintu oven
selama proses pemanggangan agar suhu dalam oven tidak turun.
8. Jika lapisan atas kue sudah kecoklatan dan
permukaannya masih lengket, tutup loyang dengan aluminium foil dan panggang
kembali selama 10-15 menit.
9. Setelah kue matang, keluarkan dari oven dan biarkan
dingin selama beberapa menit sebelum dipotong-potong.

Sajikan lapis
legit dalam keadaan dingin dan simpan dalam kulkas jika tidak akan langsung
disajikan.
